Andrew started working for the family firm in 1989 and since the retirement of Michael Leaper in 2001 has been responsible for the day to day running of the business together with carrying out valuations.

Tom BoormanSales Director

Tom recently joined the team at Leaper Stanbrook and brings with him nearly 20 years experience within the industry. His professionalism and friendly nature has earned him a number of repeat clients over the years. Tom’s responsible for valuations and viewings, and having lived in the local area all of his life he is well placed to provide you with the correct advice when buying or selling a property

Wayne OzardSales Director

Wayne started his estate agency career in Eastbourne in the late 1990’s and having continued working for firms in East Sussex, was eager to come back to his home town. He joined Leaper Stanbrook in 2017 and soon after, took on the role of sales manager. Wayne is responsible for carrying out valuations, conducting viewings and sales progression, where his attention to detail is invaluable.

Kate CollettMeads Office Manager

Kate joined us in August 2021. Her Personal Assistant career spans over 30 years and she brings with her a wealth of secretarial and administrative experience, and has taken to estate agency like a duck to water. Having originally been based in our town centre office to begin her estate agency training, Kate took up the position of manager of our Meads office in March 2023. Although mainly office based, her knowledge of the local market is exceptional, and her courteous and efficient way of dealing with clients has brought many compliments.

Connor O'HaraNegotiator

Connor started his estate agency career with a corporate firm in Eastbourne and flew through the initial training. Having seen how both independent and corporate firms operated, he soon realised that the personal approach afforded by the independent Estate Agencies would allow him to flourish in the industry. Connor was born and raised in Eastbourne and has a good understanding of the local market dynamics. His role includes arranging and conducting viewings and keeping in close contact with applicants. He is also a very proficient drone pilot and creates a number of our marketing videos.

Sarah CallabySecretary

Sarah has been involved in estate agency for most of her working life and joined Leaper Stanbrook in 1995. Apart from her secretarial duties she is very experienced in general estate agency practice and is a valued member of the team. She has received high praise from clients for the diplomatic way that she has dealt with potentially difficult situations.
